Full Job Description
Directs the day-to-day operations of the Regional Human Resources department for recruitment, development and retention programs. Provides direction to and supports regional management in conjunction with systemwide initiatives in the following activities: compensation and benefits, employment, training, and employee relations etc. In doing so, assists in developing and overseeing programs designed to attract, retain and motivate employees and comply with all applicable labor and employment laws. Support adherence to BH’s compliance and ethics program, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.
Bachelor’s Degree Required. Master’s degree preferred. Severn years of related experience. PHR, SHRM-CP preferred.
