Brown Family Chem-Dry is seeking Field Service Technicians to join our family! We provide full training; we will teach you a trade in which you can grow as our company grows.
The role of the Junior Field Technician (JFT) is an important role. The JFT reports to the Senior Field Technician (SFT) and assists the SFT with performing high standards of surface cleaning services as required by the Franchisor: HRI for residential, commercial, and government clients. The JFT will also interact with clients on a regular basis.
DUTIES
- Stock and restock van
- Maintain van cleanliness
- Perform services: carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile/stone/grout cleaning, LVT floor cleaning, VCT floor cleaning, wood floor cleaning, and granite renewal service at client site
- Assist with thoroughly cleaning equipment after each service
- Interact with clients
REQUIREMENTS
- Be able to lift, with assistance, up to 50 lbs.
- Participate in online trainings and pass standards certifications
- Vigorous standing, lifting, and moving
- Exceptional customer service skills

Pay: $14.00 – $30.00 per hour
