HBK is currently looking for several HR Analysts, based remotely in Bangalore, India.
Reporting into the global HRIS Lead, you will be forming an essential part of the HR Support model servicing the global HBK population.
In this role, you will be responsible for resolving queries from across the business, specifically related to HR Administration and our HR System, Workday. Additionally, you will partner with other HR Centres of Excellence (e.g. Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition) to further our continuous improvement journey and provide best in class service to our colleagues.
This role is well suited to a detail oriented, self sustaining profile who is looking for the opportunity to work in a global setting and have a high degree of autonomy within their role.
Job Description:
Partnering with the CoE’s and providing support for HR Functions both regionally and globally for Workday topics
Support in launching a HR Service Catalogue setup, including operationally capable HR process descriptions and Standard Operating Procedures
Volume-based, routine lifecycle HR administration and query resolution to the business, providing accurate, efficient and consistent administrative support within HR Operations Service SLAs
Participation in global HR excellence and transformation projects
Help with building custom reports, dashboards, and scorecards within Workday
Provide guidance to the People Operations team members, Workday managers, and employees on the use of the Workday system.
Ensure a strong HR governance through data quality and effective core HR processes
Running ongoing HR reports and organizes data to assist business in decision making
Skill Set:
3 – 4 years of related experience in HR Operations, HRIS administration
Excellent knowledge of Workday HCM and other modules
Advance knowledge in Microsoft Office tools
Good knowledge of standard HR processes and HR Operational tasks
professional experience in data analytics, reporting and building analytics tools, preferably in an HR environment
Experience with working with ticket management and project management tools like JIRA, Service Now, etc.
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
High level of self-reliance with the ability to work in a team, as well as autonomously
Enjoy working effectively in an international environment
Capability to prioritize effectively and manage different stakeholders’ interests
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or similar.
