Position Summary:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function. Plan, direct, and coordinate administration of human resource policies, procedures, and programs. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the functional areas of: recruiting, on-boarding, HR records management, departmental development, HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, compensation, and HIPPA privacy compliance.
