We are actively seeking and interviewing candidates for our Commercial Outbound Account Executive team, responsible for new account production. Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of closing new business by cold calling, identifying target market leads through referrals, and national association relationships
• Create a strategy to convince prospects of their need to learn more about our services
• Conduct various in-person and virtual meetings with prospects including initial Discovery meetings, presentations, closing and transition meetings
• Build initial relationships with decision makers and secure referrals
• Create customer waste management solutions to facilitate closing the sale
• Relationship management with clients after the transition on an as needed basis
• Report on status of new accounts and pricing strategies
• Set and track new account targets, aligned with company objectives
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Establish positive, professional relationships with prospects, customers, vendors, and co-workers
• Execute timely follow up on quotes, orders and services
• Ability to work through high stress situations with both potential customers and vendors
• Handle contracts and negotiations with both potential customers and haulers
• Maintain our CRM database of contact information for tracking and follow up

. Requirements:

• Minimum two years of Outbound sales experience required
• Highly organized, displays time management skills
• Effectively communicate industry-specific knowledge
• Outstanding problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Highly coachable and able to adapt to change
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
• Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism
• Proficient in the use of software and systems to support your client management efforts
• Ability to thrive in an environment that is scaling quickly
