Regional Human Resouces Manager covering: Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Idaho, Utah, Colorado.

As a Regional Human Resource Manager, you’ll provide comprehensive HR support in the areas of employee relations, talent acquisition and management, compensation, employment law/compliance, benefits, organizational effectiveness, and learning and development. You’ll serve as a strategic business partner in executing the design, implementation, administration and monitoring of best practices and programs within the specified region. You will always conduct business with the highest level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information. You’ll lead by example, positively communicating and demonstrating the company’s Core Values by developing trust and respect among peers and staff, building strong teams and partnerships and driving results.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field or equivalent experience to PHR/SPHR certification. PHR/SPHR certification is preferred. At least 7 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or above and at least 3 years of Retail HR experience is preferred. Experience with HRIS, internet sourcing, ATS, and payroll systems (i.e., Workday, iCIMS) is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required. Travel is required to all stores within region.
