4 Day Schedules

Dispatchers

You’ll be Responsible for:

• Acting as the primary contact for our truck drivers. You’ll check them in and out and respond promptly to any questions and support they may need.
• Maintaining driver, load, and service information in our transportation management system.
• Preparing daily dispatch schedule and adjust delivery and backhaul assignments as needed.

In our office environment, you’ll need to be able to sit on an almost continual basis and stand, walk, bend, or squat on an occasional basis. To be successful as a dispatcher, you’ll need to have the ability to read conventional and electronic mapping and be proficient in computer usage.

• High school diploma or GED
• Able to speak, read, and understand English
• Transportation Management System experience is preferred

Reach Truck Operators

You’ll be Responsible for:

• Regular and consistent attendance
• Train and mentor other team members
• Put away all product according to inventory control guidelines
• Ensure pallets are wrapped to ensure stability and stacked safely for
• transport
• Check condition of pallets and have exchanged where necessary
• Promptly report damage and all inventory discrepancies to supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and repair of dock, and facility areas
• Maintain all food safety, housekeeping and other applicable standards
• Replenish empty pick bins.
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, grasp on a frequent to continual basis in a warehouse environment.
• Lift equipment experience preferred, i.e stand-up reach truck, sit-down reach truck, walkie pallet jack.
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to speak, read, and understand English
• Able to work in a cold warehouse environment
