ABOUT THE ROLE
Business Group on Health is hiring a Manager to partner on the optimization of people-centered activities that support the Human Resources and Talent Strategy of the organization. This role oversees the daily management of a variety of HR duties including, but not limited to benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, employment law compliance, professional development, and employee engagement activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a passion for operationalizing human resources in a fast-paced work environment. This role reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.
