Business Management Associates (BMA) is seeking a HR Specialist (Employee Engagement) candidate who will provide a full range of employee engagement initiatives in a federal work environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise with creating employee surveys, creating standard operating procedures, analyze and develop reports and evaluate and make recommendations to enhance the program.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
Research and benchmark effective employee engagement strategies and create plans to propose Initiatives.
Partner with internal and external staff to plan and coordinate approved initiatives that promote and drive engagement.
Evaluate employee engagement initiatives and recommend enhancements.
Create post surveys to assess employee engagement impact.
Develop creative communication and marketing materials to increase workforce awareness about employee engagement initiatives.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) in the specific functional area.
Analyze and develop reports from any current or future system from which data is to be extracted.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in federal human resources.
Demonstrated experience with creating surveys.
Experience in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures.
The applicant selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years of specialized employee engagement experience.
