We are looking for a Mid-level Full Stack Developer who can perform planning, design, development, execution and reporting in an Agile/DevOps environment. Responsibilities
Create Virtual Data as a Service (VDaaS) portal to support development and testing of several next generation products in non-production environments (dev, test, lab, training, etc.)
Support provisioning of test data on demand through API integration using VDaaS portal or directly
Support all major cloud providers as sources and sinks for data provisioning
Integrate test data provisioning into the CI/CD pipeline for test automation
Enhance and optimize VDaaS for storage reclamation
Work with Product Owners to analyze and refine user and business requirements
Develop clear technical software/system documentation
Work collaboratively and actively with team and customers in an agile environment
Work as an integral part of the development team to ensure the functionality, quality, and performance of enterprise-scale software
Create and configure CI/CD jobs to automate test execution and reporting
Maintain all artifacts in Git/GitLab
Coordinate with other stakeholders to resolve defects and ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate directly with customer staff orally and in writing to refine requirements, plan work, and report progress
Qualifications – Required
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience as Software Developer, Applications and System Software using Java and JavaScript
5+ years of experience in frontend and backend development, database, server, and REST API design
Experience in technical documentation writing such as System Design Document (SDD), or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
Experience with shell scripting
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Knowledge and experience working with Microservices architecture
Knowledge and experience working with CI/CD pipeline
Authorized to work in the U.S.
3+ yrs. current continuous residency in the U.S. (required by the Govt.)
Qualifications – Highly Desired
Experience with API integration for data management using tools such as Jenkins or similar
Experience with a test automation framework using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Test Complete etc.
Experience working with a US federal agency
Experience with just-in-time provisioning of large amount of test data
Experience with software lifecycle management tools such as Git/GitLab
Experience with CA Rally
Proficiency with core web technologies (HTTP, HTML/CSS, JSON/XML) and DOM element locators (XPath, CSS selectors)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Compensation:
$130,000 to $160,000yr/ based on capability and experience

Telecommuting: Up to 2 days per week possible with government approval
