Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic marketer to join our team as an Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating & driving the marketing efforts of our ecommerce platform, overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase online sales, customer acquisition, and retention. You will collaborate closely with our team and external agencies to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce marketing, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative marketing solutions.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive ecommerce sales and meet business objectives.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities.
· Define target audiences and create customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing messages and campaigns.
· Collaborate with the product team to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and initiatives.
· Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results and ROI.
Digital Advertising:
· Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and retargeting.
· Optimize campaigns based on performance data, targeting, messaging, and creative to maximize conversions and ROI.
· Monitor advertising budgets, track spend, and ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets.
· Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to manage advertising efforts and leverage their expertise.
Email Marketing:
· Develop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture customer relationships, drive engagement, and increase sales.
· Create segmented email campaigns, automated workflows, and personalized content to improve customer retention and loyalty.
· Optimize email templates, subject lines, and content to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
· Analyze email campaign metrics and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
Content Marketing:
· Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and informative content for ecommerce platforms, including product descriptions, blog posts, and social media content.
· Optimize content for search engine visibility and organic traffic growth.
· Develop content distribution strategies across multiple channels to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
· Monitor content performance metrics, such as engagement, shares, and conversions, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):
· Conduct data-driven analysis to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization on the ecommerce platform.
· Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement A/B tests and site enhancements to improve conversion rates.
· Continuously monitor user experience, website performance, and customer feedback to improve site usability and conversion funnels.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in ecommerce marketing roles with a strong understanding of ecommerce principles and best practices.
· Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decision-making and optimization.
· Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, email marketing tools, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
· Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and delivering exceptional marketing experiences.
· Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in identifying and addressing marketing challenges and opportunities.
