A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SALES SUPPORT & CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER
As an entry-level Sales Support & Client Account Manager, you play a critical role in our business’s operations. You provide invaluable support to our sales team as they take product orders from our customers. As our salespeople speak with clients about jobs or products, you prepare and share quotes for the work. When a sale is made, you convert the quote into a detailed order to reflect all applicable costs, and you assist with taking payments.
You promptly answer questions concerning product availability, pricing, and lead times, ensuring every salesperson and client knows all the details about their deal. If your team needs help with other tasks, you are happy to offer your support however possible. You take pride in optimizing our sales efforts and providing excellent customer service!
