Job Summary:
The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the daily plant level activities of the Human Resources (HR) department including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, leave administration, benefits open enrollment, employee engagement and overall ensuring that the plant maintains a positive and safe working environment. Partners with the Plant Manager and local management staff to develop and implement programs, processes, or actions to drive employee engagement and retention. Ensures compliance with Federal, State, or local laws.
