CAE Hiring for GRANT SPECIALIST at United States Full Time

Grant specialist provides full life cycle support for grant submissions. This includes, but not limited to grant identification, managing timelines and project milestones, collecting figures and information from various sources, editing documents and coordinating with multiple stakeholders involved in the submission. The Grant specialist will be coach and mentor to our customers and our commercial team to help drive the visibility and accessibility of grants dollars.

This is a remote position in the United States.

• Work with leader to set quarterly, annual, and long-term objectives, strategies, and tactical plans in support of the overall strategic plan.
• Be the liaison to philanthropic societies to drive ongoing collaboration and partnership.
• Prepare and produce documentation and reports for meetings and campaigns.
• Collaborate with team to advance priority programs.
• Identify, research, compile, and evaluate potential funders in specialty area. Develop case statements for each major project to approach funding prospects.
• Tracking grant timelines and submission timelines
• Help develop proposals in partnership with individual faculty, research teams, and leaders from within the healthcare organization.
• Knowledgeable about funding sources from government agencies, foundations, and corporations for both profit and non-profit organizations.
• Research funding opportunities and supports proposals.
• Organizing research and other preparatory materials
• Proofreading and copy-editing proposals under tight deadlines

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field
• 5 Years minimum experience in grant writing process
• Experience building strong relationships and delivering customer centric solutions.
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities and projects.
• Ability to develop knowledge of organizations.
