The Sr. Vice President of Human Resources (HR) provides executive-level leadership and guidance to the organization’s HR operations. The Sr. Vice President is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices, and identifying and implementing the long-range HR strategic agenda.
As the Sr. Vice President of Human Resources (HR) you’ll provide critical strategic leadership by developing, executing, and managing organization-wide human resource initiatives in the areas of talent acquisition, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, learning and development, employee and labor relations, team member engagement, change management, and regulatory/legal compliance.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a combination of strong business acumen and significant Human Resources functional knowledge to execute the development of strategies that will attract, develop, and retain the breadth of talent required to drive business success. This position requires an individual who will be proactive and anticipatory in approach, possess excellent judgment in a variety of situations, demonstrate superior written and verbal communication skills, have a high attention to detail, exemplify an energetic, poised, and positive demeanor, and demonstrate the ability to balance multiple priorities and work well in a diverse, fast-paced, team environment.
This position reports to the Chief Accounting & Administrative Officer who is the head of Human Resources.
