Duties and Responsibilities:
Assures security of slot machines in accordance with company policy and Gaming Regulations and possesses through knowledge of Gaming Regulations pertaining to slot machines.
Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
Inspects slot machines for malfunctions and tampering.
Provides technical advice to Slot Shift Manager regarding jackpot payouts and disputes.
Must assist patrons in answering questions and direct them to areas of safety during emergencies as instructed by management, security or senior crew members.

Requirements:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Role model great Guest Service and teamwork.
Uses and promotes the use of the FOCUS learned skills.
Understands the needs of our guests, specifically, the AEP.
Knows the reward programs for our guests, including the Total Rewards program and comp policies.
Understands department procedures, Internal Controls, and instructs peers on the correct procedures.
Have an in-depth knowledge of the Slot Equipment to include:
Qualifications:
Prerequisites/Preferred Qualifications
Associate Degree in Applied Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience is required.
Minimum of one year experience in casino slot repair is preferred.
Must possess basic computer skills and thorough knowledge of gaming laws, regulations, and internal controls.
Must be able to lift 50lbs unassisted and 250lbs assisted.
Must be able to attain and maintain and Occupation Gaming License as required by the Illinois gaming Board.
