Primary Function
In this role, you will provide professional Human Resources management to the regional HR business staff and Country Management team. You will contribute to the development and implementation of the HR strategy in all areas of recruitment, organizational design, retention and reward, and employee engagement. You will assist with the overall management of the base operations HR Department, including managing a wide range of HR-related support, advice, strategies and planning related to manpower, services, support and cultural affairs. You will report to the In-Country Manager and corporate HR leadership, and supervise over fifteen HR staff members. Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission, and values.
