California Chicken Cafe Hiring for Executive Assistant at Encino, CA Full Time

Work Location: Executive Assistant to CEO

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am 5:30pm, depending on business needs

Work Location: Encino, CA

Pay Range: $90k – $110K / DOE

Overall Responsibilities

Executive Assistant provide high-level administrative support for company leaders to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executives behalf
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
• Organizing meetings and events including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
• Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
• May perform specific assignments such as researching information and compiling s
• Run errands such as traveling to restaurants, etc.
• Complete personal tasks for Owner
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required
• Minimum 12 years of experience as a C-Suite executive assistant with some Estate Management/Event Planning/Construction experience preferred
• Exceptional ability to produce and manage executive level communication and correspondence
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Detail oriented
• Friendly, upbeat and cooperative
• Exceptional time management
• Able to communicate ideas clearly and effectively
• Able to work well with others, enjoys a team environment
• Fully documented to work in the U.S.
• Valid CA Driver’s License, reliable car, and valid car insurance

Physical Requirements

• Able to use a computer for extended periods of time (up to 10 hrs./day)
• Standing, Sitting, Walking: Must have the ability to frequently (8 hrs./day) sit, frequently (8hrs./day) stand, and occasionally (1-2 hrs/day) walk
• Strength: Must have ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs., and occasionally hold/carry up to 25lbs.
