The Outreach and Engagement Liaison, Student Programs is primarily responsible for building relationships with dental students, residents, and new dentists, showcasing the value of association membership in support of membership recruitment/growth goals. Under the general direction of the Marketing Manager, Membership & CDA Foundation, the Outreach and Engagement Liaison will build and execute programs designed to reach assigned audiences, foster strong working relationships with dental schools, residency programs and local dental societies and serve as a key conduit of information back into the organization to help shape the value proposition for students and new dentists. Additionally, this role will be responsible for management of the CDA Student Delegation which is group of elected representatives from each dental school in California. To successfully fulfill the responsibilities of the position, the Outreach and Engagement Liaison, Student Programs will work in both agile pods and cross-functional groups to ensure they are plugged in to the information that matters to students, residents, and new dentists and able to leverage the full strength of the association to showcase value.
