California Pools & Landscape Hiring for Construction Scheduler Job at Chandler, AZ Full Time

California Pools & Landscape is looking for a positive, self-motivated, and energetic individual to assist our bustling pool construction team. Job duties can entail but are not limited to:

• Scheduling all phases of backyard construction with trades and in house labor crews
• Communicating with customers, construction trades, and other departments on pool building schedules using email, phone, and CRM software.
• Must have a passion for customer service. No exceptions!

Skills/ Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in Customer Service and/or scheduling trades/technicians (We LOVE our customers!)
• Experience with pool or landscape construction a plus!
• Organized and independent worker
• Quick thinker and problem solver
• At least two years of management or leadership experience
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook Email
• Must be able to effectively communicate with customers verbally and using email/CRM software

Important Notes

Hours are Monday – Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (there is some flexibility if needed)
