The expected base salary for this position ranges from $122,400 – $153,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors and considerations. In addition to base salary and a generous employee benefits package, employees are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
General Description of the Role
The Luxury Account Activation Manager – RARE US, reports to the Senior Manager Channel & Customer Marketing – RARE US and takes the high-touch, luxury programs, tools & resources concepted and developed, and deploys them in the field. This role works closely with the RARE US sales, brand, PR and digital teams, in addition to the local Core teams, external agencies and marketing partners, to create powerful multi-channel synergy that delivers the greatest impact for the brands
Mission/Objectives
To build consumer and trade desire for the RARE portfolio in the US, positioning the brands as luxury icons in their categories and driving volume and value growth in the on and off premise accounts where we activate. The mission of this role within the RARE US division is squarely focused on championing luxury brand experience execution, tracking performance and implementing an improvement loop that benefits the entire Campari portfolio.
