This position will provide leadership and supervision for the residence life staff and direction for the development, implementation, and
assessment of Residential Living Communities for the undergraduate student body with a focus on student learning, academic success, student
engagement and leadership development. The Assistant Director of Residence Life will serve as the primary contact person for faculty and
staff who will be working with the residential living communities. This position will oversee the selection, training, and management of
Community Assistants. The Assistant Director of Residence Life is responsible for the community development and support within the
residential halls and will oversee programming and education initiatives for the fourteen residential units which house a maximum of 2,000
students.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Residence Life and
Housing, the Assistant Director of Residence Life will provide administrative support and leadership for the development and
implementation of residence life at Campbell University including the residential living communities.
