We are looking for a human resources and administrative manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. For us, human resources is the management of all employee related issues. This means that your HR Manager responsibilities will involve management activities such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and talent management. The management of human resources and administration is crucial to the success of enterprises. Employees are our most important asset. You will be the person who ensures that we have a happy and efficient workplace where everyone is committed to achieving our established mission and goals.
Job Duty:
1. Plan and implement the recruitment of the company’s employees, and manage the recruitment and selection process;
2. Manage the personnel relationship changes of the company’s employees, including enrollment, resignation and deployment;
3. Establish and implement the company’s performance appraisal system, maintain the company’s cross level and cross department communication, and cultivate a positive working environment;
4. Establish and maintain the company’s employee files and the signing, handover, renewal and termination of labor contracts;
1. More than 3 years of working experience as human resources manager or other human resources supervisor
2. Good communication and interpersonal coordination skills
3. Proficient computer skills
4. Able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
5.Can communicate in both Chinese and English

Salary: $3,000.00 – $4,000.00 per month
