Responsibilities:
The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders in the following areas: (a) talent acquisition; (b) colleague engagement and development, (c) policy compliance; (d) investigations and workplace concerns; (e) Workers’ Comp administration; (f) strategic workforce planning and succession planning and serve as a strategic thought partner to business leaders. The principal outcomes of this role are to grow the organization by identifying, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent. The role works collaboratively with HRDs and additional HR and business colleagues.

Qualifications:
Must have prior knowledge of position/industry (3-5 years previous experience in same or related field.)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
