Position Description: Admission of patients by sign-in process by meeting with patients and / or their families. Makes verbal verification of patient insurance benefits.

Qualifications:
High School education or equivalent experience / education with a minimum of two years experience in hospital admission department, business office, or equivalent relevant experience and/or education. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, thorough knowledge of computer applications, strong customer service skills, ability to concentrate on task in high traffic area, maintain information as highly confidential, strong organization and priority setting skills, meet deadlines, attention to detail, empathy. Experience with Medicare and Managed care insurance is required.

Salary: Starting from $21.00 to $30.01 an hour
