Cape Cardiology Hiring for Medical Administrative Assistant Job at Brewster, MA Full Time

Fast paced Cardiology practice is seeking a professional and courteous person to join our “Medical Administration” team. Candidate will be able to care for the patient from the time they enter our practice until they leave.

Responsibilities include:

• all tasks associated with processing patients through check-in and check-out,
• ensuring all balances, physician orders and future appointments have been made and/or addressed,
• processing daily receipts and balances at the end of the day,
• all tasks associated with administrative work for a physician,
• answering phone calls, scheduling patient visits and taking messages.

Salary commensurate with experience. Knowledge of electronic medical records systems (eClinicalworks) a plus.
