What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant at our NY Office. The overall aim of this role is to assist the CEO with all operational and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, is detail oriented, and serious about having a career, not just a job.
Responsibilities:
Organize and take meeting notes.
Assist with running reports and summaries.
Review, track and approve invoices.
Assist with writing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Provide administrative support to the CEO.
Research and write documents on specific topics as needed.
Assist with printing documents and mailing them.
Assist in onboarding new employees and work closely with the HR team
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
5-7 years of administrative experience.
Ability to reach and summarize documents and contracts.
Must possess exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Professional demeanor and ability to be a team player required.
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner is a MUST.
Ability to follow through on tasks with a sense of urgency.
Ability to remain flexible, resourceful, and efficient while under pressure is crucial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Possession of strong calendar management skills.
Must be exceedingly organized with a strong attention to detail.
