“I can be myself at work.”
You define yourself by more than just a job title, and we want you to feel comfortable bringing your true self to work. We value your talents, your traditions and your take on the world ̶ everything that makes you unique. We’re working hard to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in our organization and our communities because we know that what makes us different makes us better.
We want you to feel a strong sense of belonging. We value and welcome your experiences, ideas and identity. Over 40 employee resource groups unite our people and help to develop our collective empathy through unfiltered conversations about race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, faith, disabilities, mental health and so much more.
“I can influence my income.”
You want to feel recognized at work. Your performance will be reviewed annually, and your compensation will be designed to motivate and reward the value that you provide. You’ll receive a competitive salary, bonuses and benefits. Your company-funded retirement contribution will be the equivalent of 15% of your annual pay (including bonuses).
“I can lead a full life.”
You bring unique goals and interests to your job and your life. Whether you’re raising a family, you’re passionate about where you volunteer, or you want to explore different career paths, we’ll give you the resources that can set you up for success.
“I can succeed as a HR Senior Manager at Capital Group.”
As an HR Senior Manager, you will work closely with senior HR leadership to deliver strategic solutions and expertise in key role priorities to ensure the enablement of our North America Client Group (NACG)’s business plan and talent strategy. In this newly created role, you’ll lead the business operations and administration of the Human Resources strategy within our NACG HR team.
You’ll play a critical role in steering to our people program and HR operational excellence efforts within our team to drive greater scale and enhancements to our processes based on organizational goals and deliverables. Such coordination and process optimization efforts will abound in key foundational HR pillars such as organizational design, diversity, equity and inclusion, and talent development. In partnership with senior managers, you will guide initiatives around team effectiveness and continuous improvement while leveraging other HR functions (i.e., HR4HR, Corporate Communications, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to align on broader cyclical and developing processes.
You enjoy solving problems and you proactively leverage data, information, and technology to inform talent decisions and measure success against multi-year and annual team objectives. Your experience inspires and challenges your colleagues to do their best work as you promote an environment of inclusion. You are aware of best practices and emerging trends in the talent and people arena. To thrive in this role, you’re an experienced strategic leader in Human Resources, having worked in dynamic, fast-paced environments, supporting global teams in complex environments, and managing multiple priorities.
You are an inclusive role model who focuses on the continuous development and optimization of yourself and your team members. You proactively research unconscious bias and you’re aware of your blind spots. You have dedicated time and attention to studying various perspectives on inclusive topics, trends, and best practices.
You challenge the status quo and explore possibilities and opportunities. You build change-agile teams that respond to a dynamic business environment. You know when to leverage best practices and when to develop an innovative solution for unique opportunities. Your ability to build strong relationships allows you to achieve results through others, bringing together networks of capabilities to develop creative solutions.
You’re well-versed in optimizing team workflow by assessing and aligning associate’s capabilities with business needs. You are a skilled communicator across diverse populations of associates as well as internal business functions. You empower others to effectively respond to business requests and administer timely resolution.
