Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Billing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate submission of dental claims and related administrative tasks, with a focus on maximizing revenue and minimizing denials. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and submit dental claims electronically to insurance carriers
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients
- Follow up on unpaid claims, denials, and appeals
- Maintain accurate patient records and billing information
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and insurance carriers
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with changes in dental insurance policies and regulations
- Assist in other administrative tasks as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $28.00 per hour
