The Assistant Director (AD) serves as the primary professional responsible for ensuring that the advising needs, both academic and developmental, of students are attended to including consultation with and referrals to other college departments/services as student needs may require. The AD works to ensure that students have the tools for success within the college environment through individual meetings and classroom instruction.

Qualifications:
Masters degree required. Advising experience required. High level of comfort with computer applications. Supplemental Instruction experience or training preferred. Experience with an institution with a specialized mission or with enrollment below 1,500 preferred.
