Cappellino Cadillac is a fast paced, fast growing, family owned dealership with over 50 years experience in the WNY area. We are currently seeking a qualified Parts shipper/receiver to join our rapidly expanding team. Receiving and checking in all parts Stocking parts after they have arrived Check and distribute all UPS/Fed-Ex deliveries Working with warranty parts Will be cross-trained with the counter person Verify all bins are labeled correctly and parts are in the correct location Assist with Parts inventories.

• Previous Auto Parts experience preferred, but not required Shipping/Receiving experience preferred, but not required.

• Key Responsibilities
• Support all store warehouse duties (picking orders, receiving, inventory control, shipping, stocking and organizing)
• Help control inventory and ensure product availability
• Complete necessary paperwork in an accurate manner
• Support Counterperson position by providing excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized store by keeping racking, shelves, pallet area, workstations and shared spaces neat (organize products, sweep, dust, sanitize and mop)
• Efficiently and safely load auto parts onto delivery vehicles
• Answer inbound calls and ensure all calls are answered in a professional manner
• Other reasonable duties as assigned by the management team
