Cappellino Auto Group is looking for an Automotive Service / Body Shop Director for our 3 dealerships located in Williamsville and Boston NY area. Responsibilities:

· Work directly with Officers.

· Build working relationships with Managers to help develop and grow a world class service organization in Parts, Body shop and Mechanical.

• Oversees the Parts, Body shop and Service depts. to supervise and maintain daily operations.
• Provide on-site guidance to technicians or other service department staff to ensure that all service work is completed to the highest standard possible.
• Collaborate with service technicians and advisors to streamline processes.
• Handle customer concerns satisfactorily.
• Monitor aspects of service department such as technician availability, parts availability and scheduling to meet customer deadlines.
• Keep service department clean and safe for daily operations.

Qualifications:

· Preferably at least 5 years of service department or auto body repair experience

· 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory position

· Must be customer and employee focused

· Must be detail oriented and able to lead a team

· Must be open minded and forward thinking

· Excellent communication

· Working knowledge of dealership-specific computer software and other general software

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
