Cappellino family of dealerships has been in business since 1969 and is seeking talented and energetic Appointment Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound phone calls and internet requests from customers seeking service assistance. Immediate and ongoing training provided. Automotive knowledge is helpful, but not a requirement. “We can work it out”.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and schedule service appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Schedule: 15 to 20 hours per week. Two week day’s per week and every Saturday

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in customer service experience
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver’s license
