Qualifications
- Prior success as an Automotive Used Car Manager
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a must
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong communication skills with both staff and guests
- A professional appearance and work ethic
- Excellent organizational and follow up skills
- Ability to coach and recognize your team often

Full description
As a Used Car Manager, you’re one of the most important team members at Car Lux, Inc. You are responsible to develop and drive a results-driven, industry leading used car team to greater levels of success and guest satisfaction. We’re looking for a bi-lingual self-motivated top performer with an outgoing, guest-service approach to daily responsibilities; someone who thrives on managing a team and is accountable for marketing used vehicles from acquisition to sale. This position reports directly to the General Manager.
What You’ll Do: * Ensure the Used Car inventory and sales quotas meet daily, weekly and monthly goals * Inspire your team to maximize every appointment and interaction daily * Source and accurately appraise incoming cars * Attend all dealership meetings, product training and launches * Develop yourself and the Sales Team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day * Mentor your Sales Team to ensure strong used car growth and high performance

Pay: $100,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
