RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handle All Administrative Duties in a Timely Manner
2. Perform Routine Clinical Tasks to Support Medical Staff
3. Communicate with patients in a professional manner when answering questions/returning phone calls
4. Escort patient to exam rooms
5. Assess vital signs/brief history
6. Perform EKGs
7. Place Holter Monitors
8. Call in Prescriptions
9. Update Medications in Chart
10. Set Appointments
11.Prepare Patient Charts One Week in Advance of Scheduled Appointments
12.Be Able to Use EMR
13.Clean Exam Room Between Patient’s Visits
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Previous Experience in High Volume Medical Office Setting
2. Medical Terminology
3. Strong Organizational Skills
4. Ability to Thrive in Fast-Paced Environment
5. Good Attitude
6. Dependable and On-Time to Work
