POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for sales support and administrative functions in order to increase sales efficiency and productivity. This role will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure that the priorities and objectives of the sales team are being supported. This individual will guide sales strategy by using data, processes and tools to drive repeatable, scalable and predictable processes. The Sales Operations Manager will develop our internal systems, lead change in procedures, and provide operational insights and analytics.
