Synopsis: Care for Your Health, Inc is currently hiring an HR Operations Generalist that will be responsible for leading the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, off-boarding, administering pay, benefits, and leave. This individual will partner closely with the Senior Leadership Team to fulfill hiring pipeline, performance management processes and develop retention strategies while enforcing company policies and practices. This person will also lead HR practices and objectives that creates an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. Additionally, this role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support for Care for Your Health, Inc.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Vendor management for HR software (Bamboo)
• Manage recruiting for Care for Your Health through attracting talent, placing hiring ad, setting & developing training standards and running all hiring procedures
• Train new hires through the onboarding process and existing employees as needed
• Design and coordinate ongoing training curriculum
• Organize and maintain personnel records, update internal HR database, and prepare all HR and onboarding documentation
• Develop and drive the performance management process organization wide administration of the health, 403b payroll, and insurance
• Address employee performance, compensation actions, corrective action plans grievances with supervisor & employee
• Uphold Employee Handbook and Employee Code of Professional Responsibility
• Work with Care for Your Health’s outside counsel on legal matters, as needed
• Conduct employee Disciplinary Counseling Reports and Performance Improvement Plans
• Work closely with managers and finance department on matters related to time reporting, expense policy & business credit cards. Function as the lead administrator for the timekeeping system
• Provide reports and data as needed to management of payroll and other employee overheads & expenses
• Promote Care for Your Health Mission to create unification for a remote based workforce
• Emphasize and promote employee motivation and rewards & consistently work towards the growth and continued evolution of Care for Your Health
• Strong communication skills and maintaining good relationships with colleagues and external contacts is required

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Must speak Spanish
• Must have experience with hiring & onboarding as well as letting employees go
• Very strong professional communication skills
• Excellent Time management skills & Documentation skills
• Strong technical skills with demonstrated proficiency in the MS Office suite
• Familiarity with developing and writing processes and procedures for an organization
• Willingness to take on new tasks as assigned
• Personality that is personable and welcoming but also always practiced and professional
• Experience is working in multicultural environments.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years’ experience in HR field required

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Compensation:
$55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
