You should be experienced in end to end domestic hiring which includes –
- Sourcing candidates through internal Database, Job portals, Social Networks.
- Initial screening by understanding their competencies
- Thorough coordination with candidates, panel and clients.
- Regular follow-up with candidates for all levels of interview till onboarding of offered candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with stakeholder management, and adept at weekly status updates
- Conversant in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point
