Career Team is seeking a Senior Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator who will help support our HR, Finance and Compliance teams in HRIS personnel file management, payroll administration, special compliance projects and other general HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a background in HR/Payroll, strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.

· Support the full lifecycle of Work Experience, part-time, and full time employees, including background checks, onboarding and offboarding
· Maintain organizational charts that capture up-to-date information from all sites across the US
· Own people analytics and reporting to generate meaningful metrics which will shape changes in HR policy and programming
· Partner with key internal TEAMers to facilitate a smooth employee onboarding experience through the use of ADP’s onboarding tool, pre-recorded training, and in-person greetings
· Assist with annual Open Enrollment preparations as well as new hire benefit enrollments through ADP
· Track timesheets for all company codes and implement recurring reports as needed
· Review timecards and kick-back any errors to the local leaders to ensure accurate payroll processing
· Manage employee benefit deductions and garnishments, handle and update all time-off policies for full time and part time employees
· With the assistance of Finance and QA, maintain payroll allocations to various contracts
· Work in conjunction with HR and Compliance leads to research local tax codes, SUI rates, and other information needed for new jurisdictions the Company may enter.
· Serve as a liaison between Career TEAM’s frontline employees on matters of payroll, benefits, time off and personal information changes (to include including state/local tax liabilities, address changes, all pertinent W2 information and onboarding)
· Approach each day and task with a “Zag” mindset
· Other duties and project as needed
