We’re Looking for:

• 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience
• 1-2 years of recruiting experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a recruiting strategy to bring on great healthcare providers and place them in staffing assignments.
• Sell yourself and CSU to potential healthcare providers in order to bring them on to the team.
• Manage the hiring process through sourcing and interviewing candidates, offering and negotiating positions, credentialing, and onboarding new hires.
• Present qualified candidates to clients while maintaining exceptional customer service skills.
• Provide high-quality customer service and supervision to ensure all assignments are running smoothly.
