GENERAL SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced HR and Payroll generalist who would be responsible for supporting HR manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Assist with processing paperwork and managing systems
• Assist with managing benefits programs
• Managing COBRA, FMLA and WA PMLA
• Assist with L&I and Unemployment claims management

EDUCATION:

• Associate degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Equivalent combination of knowledge, skills, abilities, education and experience considered

EXPERIENCE:

• Human Resources experience
• Payroll management system experience a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is critical

• Able to positively manage employee questions effectively and efficiently
• Able to work independently, efficiently and professionally with a wide variety of personality types.

Salary DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,080.00 – $64,480.00 per year
