What You’ll Be Doing:
- Schedules, interviews and registers all Ancillary patients or their representatives to insure complete and accurate data is collected.
- Completes all phases of; scheduling, registration, insurance verification and handling of co-pays and/or deductibles.
- Is responsible for obtaining information that is accurate and complete.
- Must maintain a positive public image to all customers, patients, visitors, co-workers, medical staff etc.
- Answers patients’ questions on scheduling/registration processes. Is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all patient information.
- Shift: 11:30 am – 8:00 pm, some Saturdays
What We’re Looking For:
Education:
- High School Graduate
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Skills:
- Computer skills, excellent communication, and organizational skills
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the related field.
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) required.
