The HR Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a global high impact, high value, transformation initiative. This will include MADJV activities, organizational restructuring and strategic initiatives – all from an HR perspective. In this role, you will partner effectively with leadership to bring critical thought leadership and global expertise to ensure efficient delivery of human resources services. Key Accountabilities
Responsible for the Project Management Plan, which includes areas such as a business case, work plan, schedule, budget, resource plan, communication plan, change plan, and risk plan.
Leads project/program reviews
Identifies, recommends and implements project management best practices based on expert knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and processes.
Plan the course of action required to meet the project intent and deliverables on time and within budget.
Determines project requirements and timelines
Engages the project team, influences the team members to deliver on their actions
Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Confirmed project management experience or project management certification
Must possess strong organization, project management and problem solving skills, utilizing sound business judgment in support of operational and strategic objectives.
Experience anticipating emerging issues including referring critical issues to the appropriate level of management to drive execution and accountability
Minimum of six years of related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree or other post-secondary degree
Certified human resources professional
10 years + of project management experience
5 years + of HR and/or relevant business experience
Strong negotiation skills and ability to diagnose and recommend proposal solutions
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
Experience in change management and leading others in times of significant change
Agile mindset
