• Stay updated on travel industry trends and changes.
• Customer Service:
• Provide friendly and responsive customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Assist in resolving issues and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Remote Collaboration:
• Use virtual communication tools for team collaboration, client meetings, and training sessions.
• Support travel consultants in coordinating virtual events or presentations.
• Documentation and Records:
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, travel plans, and administrative tasks.
