• Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the best prices and services.
• Coordinate logistics, including transportation, catering, reservations and other event-related services.
• Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Oversee event execution, ensuring all details are executed according to the plan.
• Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the planning and execution phases.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance event planning strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an event planner or coordinator.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of travel booking software is a plus.
