Coordinates contact information, messaging functions, and call schedules utilizing specialized software for call management. Acts as a liaison to assist physicians and their offices with call schedule submission and call issues. Supports Carilion Direct staff by generating complex reports, processing deposits, and performing data archiving

Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Three to five years of customer service or clerical experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. Computer literacy and proficiency with data entry required
Other Minimum Qualifications: Effective interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills required. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office essential.
