Automotive Service Advisor/Writer needed for an independent auto repair shop in business for over 35 years with a great reputation for quality, honesty and dependability. Our spacious 7,000 square foot facility is located in downtown Carlsbad. Pay structure is commission based on gross sales. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner, obtain customer and vehicle information
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Establish follow-up time
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and update customers frequently
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Requirements:
- Two years + experience as a Service Advisor/Writer.
- Possesses strong customer relations skills. Proficient at identifying and relating to the customer inquiry.
- Above average energy level.
- A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization.
- Personal and professional integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $65,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
