Job Title: Human Resources Administrative Assistant
Location: Northeast Houston area
Pay: $18-20 per hour
Hours: M-F
Duration: Contract, approximately 3 months
Description of Duties: Human Resources Administrative Assistant position available in the Southeast Houston area! In order to successfully apply for this role, you should be comfortable with the following job duties: Assist the HR department with administrative tasks such as entering training records into the system, scanning and filing documents into personnel records, completing an I-9 audit and sorting active and terminated forms, pursuing any reverifications needed, and printing documentation and interview packets for hiring managers.
Requirements: Must have experience working with confidential information or familiarity with I-9 verification process, typing speed of 50+ WPM, close attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
