We serve financial advisors and investors through three entities, each headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska: Carson Wealth, Carson Coaching, and Carson Partners. We provide coaching and partnership services to advisor firms – and straightforward financial advice to the investing public. We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.
The VP, Advisor Marketing & Sales Enablement manages marketing and communications for advisor and new business marketing initiatives and is responsible for generating advisor leads for business development, Partner Acquisition, and M&A, as well as product/service marketing for Carson Coaching.
This role will develop a 12-month rolling B2B lead generation strategy, working with the digital, content, and creative teams to execute campaigns in a timely manner, and report on the efficacy of all efforts. This role also operates as the conduit from Business Development to Marketing.
The VP will help the Business Development team with communication materials and tactics that will best serve sales goal, work with the digital, content, and creative teams to execute those materials. The VP will clearly develop systems so Business Development stakeholders have access to on-brand, on-strategy sales support tools for every stage of the sales process. This role serves the Carson Group Business Development and Coaching teams, working directly with the Chief Marketing Officer.
