Cartesian Hiring for Network Provisioner Job at Remote Full Time

Network Provisioner

Cartesian has an immediate opportunity for a Network Provisioner to work primarily on LEC orders. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Advanced understanding of telecom ordering processes
• 3+ years of submitting LEC orders (Access Service Requests (ASRs) and Local Service Request (LSRs)) for all circuit types (POTS, DS3, OCn, etc.)
• Experience with sending disconnect, add, and change orders to the LEC
• Experience with Oracle MetaSolv M6
• Highly self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proven track record of successfully working in a client environment
• A self-starter driven to proactively set priorities and execute against them in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify and understand complex problems/issues and develop solutions
• Ability to manage multiple commitments simultaneously
• Excellent attention to details
• Outstanding organizational and analytical skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work independently as well as a member of a team

Project Length: 3 Months, but could become a longer-term assignment
